In one of our ongoing projects in one of environmentally stressed cities in the world, T. R. Hamzah & Yeang proposed a hypergreen mixed-use masterplan that reconnects urban living with ecological systems.
The development integrates connected green corridors, skybridges, rooftop gardens and biodiversity habitats into a dense urban framework.

Rather than isolate the buildings from nature, the masterplan establishes continuity between hydrology, habitats, public spaces and built forms. Gardens-in-the-sky, shaded public realms and ecological infrastructure are designed to mitigate urban heat, improve air quality and restore biodiversity within the city fabric.

This project reflects a broader commitment to designing net-positive ecosystems that address climate breakdown and environmental degradation holistically. Through Dr. Ken Yeang’s ecological research-based architecture and master planning, we propose a resilient urban future where people can live, work, learn and reconnect with nature within one integrated environment.
